History[edit]
Joane was born into a family of artists. Her father was a well-known musician and her mother a painter. All of Joane's siblings decided to go into various fine arts fields. This life was not for Joane though. She endured the lessons, from dance to sculpture but never found something that she loved. Then one day she went on a trip with her father and they were delayed and had to remain in the hangar for many hours while the ship was repaired. She sat with the techs and pilots and discovered she not only loved the mechanics of the ships, she seemed to have a knack for it as well. It was love at first sight.
Once Joane was old enough she left home and joined the Vast Empire. This decision caused a rift between her and her family, something that she regrets but hopes they can understand one day.
Personality[edit]
- Joane has a strong willed personality. If she thinks she is right you are more likely to end up with a black eye than a truce.
- Joane wants to pilot her own ship, she is convinced that she is ready even though Kenton thinks she is too impulsive to make safe decisions.
- She doesn't believe in unfinished business. That includes smoking, drinking, piloting, or gambling.
