Undoubtedly the most important position in the Army aside from the troopers themselves, the Squad Leader has direct control over his eight troopers. The Squad Leader chooses what the squad's main focus will be fictionally (scout, spec ops, etc). Like everyone above him, the Squad Leader makes weekly reports to pass up the Chain of Command. The Squad Leader is also responsible for creating or ordering the creation of a squad website and banner. The Squad Leader's monthly pay is 12000 IC Elite Squad Leader's monthly pay is 17500 IC
