Place of Birth: Sacorria

History:

Born on the colony world of Sacorria, in the Corellian System, Rajj experienced the brutality of the Empire firsthand. Though many, including his parents and siblings, saw this a cruel way of ruling, Rajj saw it as an effective, albeit cruel, method. While on Sacorria, Rajj didn't have much to do other than study star charts and ship layouts, or practice in the sims. He familiarized himself with the designs of many ships, from the common TIE fighter to the YT line of freighters to the mighty Imperial Star Destroyers. As soon as his education allowed, he left Sacorria and headed for the Sluis Van shipyards, producer of some of the Empire's massive fleet. While there, he further familiarized himself with fighter layout and operation, capitol ship design and command, and the many aspects of engineering.

When production slowed while the Second Death Star was in production at other shipyards, he went back to the sims. He found that he had not lost any piloting skills on his time off. If anything, he had gotten better. When he piloted, it was as if he knew exactly when and where to turn, or when to check his rear sensors. Soon enough, none of the Imperial pilots stationed in the system would fly him, in fear of being beaten by a tech.

While at Sluis Van, he met another young tech. Her name was Morgayze, and they quickly developed a relationship. After the Second Death Star was destroyed, Rajj left the shipyards and became a freighter pilot in a YT-2400, modified slightly to fit his likes. Several months passed, when an Imperial officer witnessed a skirmish between his freighter, the "Rising Moon", and a group of pirates in fighters and a carrier. After completely annihalating the pirates, the officer opened a comm channel and remarked on his excellent piloting skills and how the Navy could use him. He said he was sure the Navy payed better than a smuggler. The turbolasers pointing at him from two Lancer Frigates was also much of a persuasion. He boarded the command ship, a Carrack Light Cruiser, and was taken to the capitol system, where he recieved more training, and was put into the Navy as a trainee in Nazgul Squadron. Although an officer, he still flies regularly with his squadron.
