A few words

The intention of the following page is to emphasize the role that the Flight Leader plays in the lives and careers of our naval members.

To put it simply, the Squadron Commander (and Executive Officer) are dependent upon you to make the stories and all of the other activities really, truly work. They lay the ground work, and some members (perhaps like yourself) latch on and put all that they have into it, but many others become disinterested and eventually leave the club. In order to prevent that from happening, it's extremely important that someone, like yourself, is there to encourage them and help them find ways to enjoy the club activities.
