Criminal Offenses
Possession (1)[edit]
The owning or carrying of equipment or weapons designated as restricted access without the proper license.
Transport (2)[edit]
The act of carrying or transporting said items, either on ones person or vehicle without a transport license.
Threat (3)[edit]
The act of brandishing a weapon in public, regardless of whether the weapon is used intentionally to threaten.
Use (4)[edit]
Use of any weapon against living targets, public or private property, and any usage in the general vicinity of living targets, public or private property. This offense is concerned only with actual usage, not any harm (or intent to harm) resulting from the weapon's use.
Intent (5)[edit]
Use of any weapon against living targets, public or private property, and any usage in the general vicinity of living targets, public or private property intended explicitly to cause physical injury or property damage (regardless of whether injury or damage actually occurred).
