• Rank of First Sergeant or above

Training Requirements

Officers must be held to a higher standard than the men and women below them; they must be able to make decisions that will affect many more people than rank-and-file troopers or civilians. They also must have a firm grasp of the tactics and ‘people-skills’ that go with their job.
