KPT_MG_Cosmic	For those who have recently joined the Vast Empire - welcome.
KPT_MG_Cosmic	Let's start off with some division reports.
KPT_MG_Cosmic	Arturus, you have something for the Navy?
`1LT_Arturus	I don't have a whole lot this week. Just going through Shazam's report for Phoenix Wing, essentially the focus for this coming week is building upon the stories and maybe beginning to wind them down as they come to a close.
`1LT_Arturus	From my end, the pilot proficiency system hasn't been online as quickly as I had hoped; the fault for that is mine due to current time commitments else where. Phase two of the initial assessments, this time dealing with professions, should begin by the end of the week.
`1LT_Arturus	Shazam has produced Wiki pages for the proficiencies and is going to begin the profession section as well so you can refer to that for now. I will be asking for volunteers to assist with profile editing once the standard pilot template has been altered.
`1LT_Arturus	Finally, and this hadn't been announced earlier so I will do so now, Jaden, who stepped down as Nazgul leader, is transferring over to the Doashim and will serve as a junior weapons officer. Once the proficiency system is completed some overviews for the various ship positions will be up on the Wiki so you can all see what these people do on the ship.

KPT_MG_Cosmic	As for the Army, I've only seen one squad send in a report on the ComNet (perhaps I missed something if SL's sent it in earlier or if they sent it via email), so in terms of actual Army representation, there's very little that I can offer there. Things will change in the near future, however.
KPT_MG_Cosmic	As for what I *do* know, the new Academy system is working wonders as I had expected. We already have 4-5 individuals that will make fine active duty members for the Army.
KPT_MG_Cosmic	These 4-5 members have been excelling through the Echelon squads, and Private Avlen Graves is nearing active-duty service.
KPT_MG_Cosmic	That's all from the Army side of things. Arturus, you have something else?
`1LT_Arturus	I wanted to congratulate Tokijin for acing here Senior Aviator's Exam which is, as I refer to it now, considerably harder than it was for us old people ;)
