HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	Welcome to another Vast Empire weekly meeting.
HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	We'll start off with the Army report (if anyone from the Army has anything specific they'd like to mention, PM me now).
HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	Four squads reported in this week: Paladin, Wraith, Jester, and Iron Horse. Kudos to those squads for their reporting-consistency over the past few weeks.
HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	I would like to see all of our squads reporting in every week - which actually shouldn't be too difficult since both SL and ASL have access to the CC if I'm not mistaken.
HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	An issue came up with promotions this week, and how they've been given out like hotcakes (and that we've got a horde of Sergeants running around). I completely agree with the arguments made in favor of watching who we recommend and how many "tiers" of ranks we recommend them to skip.
HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	I've looked over the current Army payscale, and we've got seven Sergeant ranks (compared to our two Corporal ranks).
HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	We can either cut down on the Sergeant ranks and add more Corporal ones or just add more Corporal ones - this we'll decide at a later time, but either way, more Corporal ranks are definitely in need.
HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	As for current squad recommendations (recommendations for promotions), let's hold off on that this week - no they haven't been forgotten or overlooked. I think it'd just be wise for us to figure a few things out before we reward more promotions.
HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	So, I think it's time we start thinking about some new Corporal ranks. I'm going to try and see if I can grab Fury's attention away from diaper-duty long enough to get his input on the matter.

HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	As for Army Specs, I've been told that Doc usually grades these things, but we may need to find some extra staff to help him with those. ;)
HG_KO_CHM_Cosmic	We'll figure something out this week for the Specializations. Since there's nothing else, we'll turn the floor over to the Navy for their report.

CWO_Tyrol	Not much to report this week, so we'll keep it short and sweet
CWO_Tyrol	Viper Squadron was on the verge of closing down, but the return of some old hands, including Anden and Sicario, has prevented that
CWO_Tyrol	You can expect us to be back on our feet sometime this week
CWO_Tyrol	The other two squadrons seems to be operating to the status quo, although i don't think either reported this week
CWO_Tyrol	Apart from that, we're in the final stages of planning this competition, so stay tuned
