[1LT]Angel[SI]Phoenix	Greetings everyone and welcome to another Vast Empire Weekly meeting. This week promises to be short as it is just business as usual.
[1LT]Angel[SI]Phoenix	On the Army side of things, the Elite Squad Competition continues to move along at great speed. Squads seem to be realizing that Phase II is about to end and have recently been picking up their posting frequency.
[1LT]Angel[SI]Phoenix	I have almost concluded grading up to the present time, so I will have scores and charts available around 1600 Server Time for you.
[1LT]Angel[SI]Phoenix	One note I'd like to make is the increasing frequency of swearing in posting. I've been very lenient on it because hey, we're frakkin soldiers right? We aren't saints. But please remember this is a PG-13 club, so try and keep it under control and at a minimum.
[1LT]Angel[SI]Phoenix	Oh right, and it is technically against the VE axiom, so there's that too :p
[1LT]Angel[SI]Phoenix	Anyway, that's all I have from the Army today, so let's kick things over to Ensign Ibram Tyrol for our Naval Report.

ESN_Tyrol	Not much going on our end either this week.
ESN_Tyrol	The Elite Pilot Competition was closed due to poor participation. Unfortunate, but these things happen. Suffice to say we are currently focusing on getting our numbers up, and recruit figures have been on the increase this week, with several new pilots going through to placement.
ESN_Tyrol	Both squadrons are continuing on from where they left off before the competition, so it's business as usual our end.

[1LT]Angel[SI]Phoenix	It seems our own SSG Helena/PVT Ferris went out and wtfpwnd her competition at the Championships of Great Britain, placing 4th out of over 600 competitors and earning the right to compete at the next one.
[1LT]Angel[SI]Phoenix	Needless to say we should all be proud of her.
[1LT]Angel[SI]Phoenix	So give her a pat on the back.
