GEN_Rizzit	Greetings and welcome to another Vast Empire Meeting. Hopefully, you all had a safe Halloween last night.
GEN_Rizzit	I'm going to start things off with the Army Report
GEN_Rizzit	The Halloween Story was successfully launched this week and most of you from what I have seen and heard are enjoying the story for the most part.
GEN_Rizzit	By tonight's end you should all not only be at your respective citadels but you should have used the equipment there to contact the ISD Dominion.
GEN_Rizzit	As I said from the launch, this will be a very short story and therefore it will be ending on Saturday. Enjoy the rest of the story and have fun with it!
GEN_Rizzit	Also, regaurding stories. I have spoken to your Squad Leaders and there is a very controversial role in each of our squads: Fire Team Captain.
GEN_Rizzit	In short, a Fire Team Captain is a trooper and has no real power. Contrary to popular beliefs they are NOT third in command of a squad: they are just a temporary leader in-story that is not set in stone.
GEN_Rizzit	Effective after the meeting, Fire Team Captains will be removed from the roster and should it be desired to use fire teams for a story, the Squad Leader may appoint a trooper that stands above the rest to be the Fire Team Captain in-story.
GEN_Rizzit	Before I close today, I just want to remind you all that if you have a problem with something, there are commanders here more than willing to help you out. We also have a chain of command for this reason. If you do not like the solution your immediate commander gave you, take the next step up.
GEN_Rizzit	So if you have a problem, please take it to a commander and not to the public. Thank you.

ESN_Tyrol	Good evening everyone, not a lot to report this week.
ESN_Tyrol	Both squadrons are still intact, although we're pleased to welcome back Ensign Atrasin from his RL road trip. He'll be more involved with Nazgul from now on.
ESN_Tyrol	Viper has also seen a couple veterens resurface for the time being, to help us get back on our feet.
ESN_Tyrol	In other news, the VENA is currently discussing plans to finally implement a specialty system of its own for pilots looking for something extra to do. Talks are still in ther early phases, but keep an eye out for any announcements.
