SUCRI TERRIFORMING PROJECT UNVEILED
Posted by VE Reporter
My fellow readers, you will not believe what we have just discovered. We've just received word that some businessmen in charge of a special operation on the planet Sucri have just declassified their project, and are now giving us all the details. Chu'rek is at the scene now. Chu?"
"Thank you, VE. I am on the planet Sucri with Universal Terriforming's CEO, Shabok Freel. Tell me, Mr. Freel, why are you terriforming Sucri in the first place, and why does this location seem to be the best place to do this?"
"Well, Chu'rek, the best thing about Sucri is that the planet is in the Shykar system. What's best about that is that not a lot of people have explored the system, and the history of the system is nothing but a mystery to many. With the great anomalies that continuously occer near Sucri, and with so much of the Shykar system still shrouded in mystery, we decided to make the planet habitable."
"That is interesting, Mr. Freel, but I would think that Sucri would be the last place to live. The planets temperature is searing, there are volcanos everywhere, the water and atmosphere is toxic, and there are crators covering the entire face of the planet. Why terriform here, why release such information now, and how long will the terriforming take?"
"To any other explorer or scientist, this planet would be, as you said, the last place anyone would want to make habitable, and that is exactly why we decided to pick Sucri as our new project. There is no competition, and the anomalies are in a class by themselves. We are declassifying this information now so the public can truly see the beauty of the Shykar system and of the planet itself. The system is beautiful and full of magnicifent sights. We have no idea what to expect or to find out here, and that's probably one of the main reasons why we're doing this in the first place. As for the terriforming, we estimate completion in ten years."
"Ten years? Wow. That's a long time for the public to wait, Mr. Freel."
"Well, its definately well worth the wait, Chu'rek."
"And I'm sure it is. Thank you for your time, Mr. Freel, and I cant wait to see those pictures of those anomalies."
