THE VE TODAY SPOTLIGHT

Welcome my fellow Imperials to another issue of The VE Today Spotlight! Man, have I got a show for you tonight! Wooo weee! Damn good, yes, damn good... damn short but it is damn good. Anyway, he's known to me as "The Toad", he was recruited by Merrick, and is usually on IRC. Give it up for Lance Corporal Firefrog!
*Plays the sound of applause*
VE Today: Good to have you on the show, Frog. I would call you 'Fire', but then ideas would start spreading around. So, this is an official VE Interview, so be truthful when answering... ... So, how did you originally find The Vast Empire?
Firefrog: Merrick bugged me to join
VE Today: I think we cleared that up in my always-impressive intro. What do you think about our current activity situation at hand, and what changes would you make (if any) to increase activity?
Firefrog: Don't really know about the current situation, but if you wanted to increase
activity, bash LA until they actually start making decent SW games again. Or maybe have someone code a multiplayer Yoda Stories, that'd rock.
VE Today: I love observant people. What do you think of the members? On a scale of 1 to 10?
Firefrog: Most of them seem pretty nice, there are supposedly a couple who are arses, but
I've never had the pleasure of talking to them. Oh, and then theres Kip, but he seems to always be a grumpy strumpet.
VE Today: *looks at his crew* Is it possible for us to prevent certain individuals from seeing this? No? Alright. You from England? ... Do you have a particular role model you try to mold yourself after? If so, what attributes does that individual have that make you view him or her as a role model?
Firefrog: Nope, prefer to just be me.
VE Today: Admirable. What's your favorite Star Wars movie, and why?
Firefrog: ESB, because it doesnt have f*beeeeep*n ewoks or gungans.
VE Today: Do you consider yourself a good trooper/member? Why?
Firefrog: Eh, not really, should really play games with you lot more, but laziness gets in the way.
VE Today: Hmm. Laziness. Who is your favorite Star Wars character and why?
Firefrog: Han Solo, cause I wish I could be that damn cheeky :p Or, if you can include the
books, Kyp Durron.
VE Today: Solo was a bit lazy... Describe your character. What are his likes and dislikes?
Firefrog: Old and set in his ways, works good in a team, but only if he has the mutual
respect of his teammates. Doesn't much like being constantly on the front line anymore, but doesn't mind the occasional up close scrap. Likes to know everything thats going on around him, has little tolerance for fools.
VE Today: What has been your favorite moment thus far in The Vast Empire?
Firefrog: Couldn't really pick one, I spose
VE Today: *takes a sip of coffee and starts chewing on some dark chocolate* What did you have for breakfast?
Firefrog: Peanut butter & Jam sandwich, though can I still call it breakfast seeing as I woke up and ate at midday?
VE Today: .... .... Right. Well, thank you for joining us. Our next show airs around the year 2009, see you then. *grins* Nah. Just kidding... or am I?
