THE VE TODAY SPOTLIGHT

Welcome my fellow Imperials to another issue of The VE Today Spotlight. I'm your host, Mr. VE! First off, and off the record (totally off the SW universal timeline record), Happy Halloween! Ok, now that that's done and off the script, I can read on to what's important. My next guest is another roll-in-the-mud trooper. Give it all up for Private First Class Krayt!
*Plays the sound of applause*
VE Today: Yo. Thanks for tuning in again. I apologize for not reporting in yesterday. Was temporarily relieved of my duties, but I managed to blackmail my way in, as usual. So, now that my debt to the scum of society has been paid, we can begin the show, get it done, and get on with our lives! o, how did you originally find The Vast Empire? Answer, quickly!
Krayt: I basically just showed up in the chat one day and asked around about it,and honestly hoping to maybe recruit for my other club the EH, but kinda liked what I saw. So I joined.
VE Today: Well, everyone who's anyone should would know of the VE's irresistable something. There's just something about us that makes people wanna. Forget it. I'm off topic. *mumbles something about the unreadable text on the screen* What do you think about our current activity situation at hand, and what changes would you make (if any) to increase activity?
Krayt: I think the activity is okay but could
deffinatly improve by competitions between squads or
even through the entire Army/Navy. Having such comps would 'inspire' the troops into doing well and being more active.
VE Today: Hmm. If memory serves, and it does on occassion, I do believe we've exhausted that method. *Looks into the camera* But don't you be discouraged! Submit those ideas of activity in to the Army High Command! Side effects may include: bad response, no response, fatigue, dry-mouth, watery eyes, head aches, and vomiting! Anyway, we're waiting to hear from you! What do you think of the members? On a scale of 1 to 10?
Krayt: I give The members here a 10. Everyone I ask questions to brings me an honest answer and quickly too.
VE Today: Hmm. Was that on a weekend, do you remember? Because on one weekend, fairly recently, several Imperials went out and got drunk in the local cantina, and they were tellin' nothin' but the truth.... Merrick, Frog, Rema, Rizzit, would you like to be kept anonymous? Do you have a particular role model you try to mold yourself after? If so, what attributes does that individual have that make you view him or her as a role model?
Krayt: Yes. My grandfather. He was kind,careing and very intrested in what everybody says and yet took crap from nobody. He would help anyone he could as long as they asked. But you also didnt piss him off cause one minute he could eb the sweetest kindest old man then suddenly become a low down pit viper. He was just so great.
VE Today: *Wipes a tear from his glass eye* Everything's just... getting so emotional. I think I need a tissue or some of that Wookie Weed. What's your favorite Star Wars movie, and why?
Krayt: Well..Id have to say ROTJ was my fav. I love fleet battles ;)
VE Today: Hmm. Another for the RotJ. Bah. C'mon people. Empire Strikes Back! The Empire Strikes Back! Do you consider yourself a good trooper/member? Why?
Krayt: I havnt been in the group long enough to decide on that.
VE Today: Actually, that's the only answer we've received to the actual answer. If someone tells you that you're a "good man" or "good woman", you reply with a loud "nay!", and say, "I'm not a good man-woman yet. I'm workin' on it!" ... or not. Who is your favorite Star Wars character and why?
Krayt: Its kinda a tie between Boba fett (adult),Vader and Jango. Every one of them kicks ass.
VE Today: You were doing so well until you said "Jango". Didn't that dude get his head chopped off with ease from a bro with a purple lightsaber? Describe your character. What are his likes and dislikes?
Krayt: My character is a rather quiet kind of
guy. He stays back in the shadows away from sight when nothing is going on but when stuff starts he gets right into the middle of it. His likes are Knife
making and killing things. His dislikes are lazy people.
VE Today: Admiral, yet interesting. I think we should have a day especially for this purpose: checking your log-in logs! I think you (the people) may find it very interesting. What has been your favorite moment thus far in The Vast Empire?
Krayt: Annoying people with stupid questions :p
VE Today: You know, I had a special lever installed today that, when pulled, will send certain guests plummeting to their untimely deaths. What did you have for breakfast?
Krayt: Breakfast? Whats that? (works from 11 pm to 4-5 am then sleeps till noon. There is no such thinga s breakfast :p)
VE Today: Whatever floats your boat is all I can say. Anyway, thanks for coming to the show! *pulls the lever just for kicks*
