Brain Falker
History[edit]
Little is known about Brain Falker other then that is not his real name, short of the officers in the Vast Empire Intelligence no one has even see what he's looked like. What little is known is that he is a married man, and that he lives with his extended family in one large residence. According to what one of the VEI officers had said was that Brain Falker did not have a dramatic or traumatic life, as a matter of fact it was the epitome of normal. This torturer works in a very odd method; the victim is brought in by regular soldiers and tied to a chair, then the soldiers leave the room and the door locks behind them and a red light turns on. A few hours later the light turns green and the door unlocks, inside the room is a body, and a note with questions and answers.
