Cal "Kyramla" Sprax is a new recruit to the Vast Empire, as has quickly raised the attention of sharpshooters with his dead-eye shots. Cal has been newly assigned to Strike Team Besh, and is doing sniper training alongside his normal duties. He is rarely without his pet strill, called Vhipir. With strills being a Mandalorian animal, Cal thought it appropriate that he chose a Mando'a word to name it with.

Bio

Brief Background

Cal "Kyramla" Sprax was born to former Imperial Army special forces veteran parents. His mother was a medic, traveling with some of the front line units. His father was a sniper, often infiltrating rebel lines and assassinating key personnel. It was his father who encouraged Cal to join the Army.

Cal grew up in the Gallo Mountains, at Dee'ja Peak, where his father was stationed. His mother had retired to look after him, and his younger sister. Receiving private education at home, father and son went hunting regularly, where Cal learnt the skills of a sniper. They often spent days waiting for the perfect shot. When he wasn't shooting, he was shadowing his father in the day-to-day routine of an Imperial Army Officer.

When the Vast Empire was formed, and Cal became of age, he signed up to the Stormtrooper Corps., to follow his dream of becoming the best marksman ever.

Personality

Cal is an odd fellow by normal standards. He keeps very much to himself, and can often be found on his bunk in the barracks cleaning out his rifle, or on the range calibrating it, and always accompanied by Vhipir, his pet strill. Cal's social skills are also lacking somewhat, due to his Autism, though he is still respectful of superior officers, and well disciplined. The same Autism also means he is incredibly observant, often noticing small details that others have missed. As a general rule, Cal does not trust anyone, and much prefers to work alone. If, however, someone does earn his trust, he is fiercely loyal. Cal does not suffer fools gladly, and has been known to punish himself through rigorous training to get the best marks possible on his marksmanship tests.

If anyone was to meet Cal, they would probably describe him as quiet, and unapproachable.
