Description

Distinguishing Physical Characteristics: Short, straight, dark red hair. Average size, average height. True grey eyes that stick-out from his dark hair, and irradiate a sense of neutrality. However his left eye is a prothetic, giving him clear, long range vision, but it isn't very noticable due to the fact that is looks much like a regular eye. Very agile. Medium built up of muscles. However he is uncannily fast and is an extraordinary sprinter.

History

Dev Bandoran was born in 5 BBY in Cloud City's Port City, an infamous part of the mining colony that was notorious for its criminals, cantinas, and casinos. His parents, like the rest of the villainous scum in Port City, were criminals, and they had severe spice addictions. They lived in a small apartment that was a mess, not the preferable house for a new born baby. Dev was treated with little care. It would be a miserable few years of infancy for him, but it wouldn't stop him one bit.

At 3 years old, Dev's mother died of a spice overdose. Being a small child and having an unclose relationship with her, he thought nothing of her death, and neither did his unstable father. Overwhelmed from taking care of the child, he decided it was best to abandoned him. He sat him in a turbolift, pressed a button to level one, and ditched him. The act of disregard actually helped Dev's future significantly, for when Dev arrived at the top, someone found him. The childless Commander of the Cloud City Security Force. Finding the boy, and unsure of where he came from, he took him home with him. The Security chief had never had a son, but he longed for one. Dev was the one he had always wanted.

Dev grew up in a very stable home. The Security Chief was moderately wealthy, and he lived in the upper floors of Cloud City. When Dev was 6, he began to go to school, and to his "father's" surprise, he excelled far above his classmate. By age 13, Dev had already finished his schooling several years early which gave his father an idea. He was going to train Dev to become a Security officer. Dev began to learn how to shoot and operate a gun. At first, he was a poor shot, but he continued to practice, and soon he was downright accurate. His father taught him about the laws, tactics, and basic combat. Dev, like with his academics, caught on quickly, and soon, he would be ready for the Security force.

At age 18, after several years of interning at the Security base, Dev became an official Cloud city soldier. At first, everything was mellow. He just went on patrols, and guarded areas, but then his father initiated a crackdown on Port City, and Dev was prepared. The goal was to completely occupy the sub-city and to enforce the law. That meant no spice, no illegal weapons, no crime. Dev's squad's first mission was to break into a safehouse for criminals. They were to clear the building, and arrest any criminals. They busted in and a fire fight erupted. Dev, training for years for this moment, hit his targets with pristine accuracy. As they neared the top of the building, the lead criminal jumped out the building with a jetpack. Dev wasn't going to let him escape. Using his amazing sprinting abilities he bolted out the window and grabbed onto the criminal. Now in freefall, the jetpack engaged saving them from a gruesome death, but it wasn't over yet. He grabbed the jetpack and yanked himself up onto it before blasting the criminal in the head. Dev then pulled the jetpack back around toward the ground, where he crash landed. In the end, his injuries were minor, and he received the name Psycho for his insane stunt.

Dev and his father led the crackdown for several more years till his father died. Dev took over from his position and continued to enforce the law over Cloud City, but it was when he cousin, a Naval officer, contacted him. His cousin suggested that he should join the Vast Empire. It would be a good experience for him, and he would be great at it. After thinking for a few weeks, Dev decided that his cousin was right. He left Bespin for the first time, and traveled to Vast Empire space, where he enlisted.
