This prestigious medal is award to Naval Officers of the highest caliber whom have demonstrated flawless leadership, loyalty, service, and honor to their fleet and their men. This historical medal reflects the pride of the Imperial Navy and those who wear it are the best the empire has to offer. This medal can only be awarded by the Head of the High Council and the Naval Commander in Chief.
