Biography

Appearance

Of average height and, like most Zeltron, attractive build, Zella was the model of a female body. While she stood out with her red skin and blue hair, even humanocentrics found it difficult to not look at her.

Personality

Fun and flirty, many consider her to be a 'bimbo'. That is not so, however; Zella is highly intelligent and very deceptive when she wants to be. She can be ambitious, but is also gullible to an extent. That said, she is also fiercely loyal to those who have earned it.

History

Unlike the many of her crewmates, Zella had an almost ideal upbringing; born to two middle-class parents on the staunch New Republic supporting world, Zeltros, she grew up a pretty normal kid. Like many Zeltrons, Zella found it easy to lose herself in pursuit of pleasure and happiness. That changed one day when she nearly killed herself by mixing social drugs and alcohol - she realised she needed to do something with her life.

With that in mind, she joined up with a mercenary group. She started at the very bottom, having almost no skills whatsoever as they pertained to mercenary work. She was however gifted with the forgery and manipulation of holographic technology, not to mention a natural slicer. She eventually became their communications expert and, being in NR territory, they ended up working with the New Republic. After a double crossing left her fellow mercenaries dead and her on the bad side of the NR, Zella had no idea what to do. She was offered a position working in New Republic intelligence for her skills and accepted, proving her loyalty time and again. Deep down, however, she never got over the NR double crossing them and so always sought a way out. That way out came in the form of one Demetrius 'Hades' Aita.

Initially, she didn't know what to think of the man. For most of her life she had been taught that the Empire was evil, in one way or another. Here was an individual who seemed to prove the exception. Wanting out of her life as a provocateur with the New Republic, she looked to Hades for help. In return for letting him go, he would take her with him and help her form a new life. After busting out with her, Hades questioned her on her merits and found that she would be the perfect candidate for a future communications specialist..

After much paperwork and several weeks later, Hades called on her; she had been accepted into the VEN with a recognition of prior service at his request. When hades was called up for the SCTP, he immediately selected her as his communications chief and said he refused to have anyone else, not to mention recommending a promotion to CPO immediately.
