This is generally the lowest rank at which a member will start to be considered for command of a Cruiser or Frigate.

The ID Line tag for this rank is: LTJG

Position

Any member holding the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade ranks directly above a Ensign and directly below a Lieutenant.
