Line Captain

Overview

In the pre-Endor Imperial Navy, this was the lowest rank at which officers could command a Line of Battle, or an Imperial-class Star Destroyer (which were considered to be equivalent). It is the highest of the Line Officer ranks.

The ID Line tag for this rank is: LCPT

Position

Any member holding the rank of Commander ranks directly above a Captain and directly below a Vice Commodore.
