Accolades and Rewards[edit]

  • go from a generic capital ship crew member or starfighter pilot to a Navy Corpsman, responsible for providing basic, first-aid-level medical care to the other members of your unit.
  • go from a Navy Corpsman to a Ship's Surgeon, responsible for providing advanced medical care to the other members of a capital ship's crew.
  • go from a Ship's Surgeon to a Navy Doctor, overseeing a ship's medical team or conducting innovative medical research.




Mission 1: First Aid[edit]

The candidate will show a basic knowledge of combat first aid, including wound dressing, patient stabilization, and basic triage, in a complete story (with a beginning, middle, and end).

Mission 2: Triage and Surgery[edit]

The candidate will show an advanced knowledge of combat first aid and triage, and will demonstrate knowledge of basic psychological tenets and their application in dealing with patients' trauma, all in a complete story (with a beginning, middle, and end).

Mission 3: Research and Administration[edit]

The candidate will show a mastery of advanced medical knowledge and skills, including psychology, surgery, and team management; he/she will specialize in the study of at least one (1) non-humanoid species, and demonstrate the ability to develop new medical technologies, procedures, and/or biological agents (poisons, anti-venoms, antibiotics, anti-virals, etc.) through research. All this must be done in a complete story (with a beginning, middle, and end), of no less than 4,500 words (even if the Naval Doctor Certification is the member's first).
