History

Imperial Officer

Born into Imperial stock like so many of his class, Ryann Wolferre used the influence afforded to him and his natural leadership abilities to advance through the ranks of the Imperial Navy. Wolferre was an excellent starfighter pilot who's only flaw was his recklessness in a fire fight. He suffered a major injury during a skirmish run as part as an effort to locate the Rebel's Alliance current base of operations after the events of Yavin. His starfighter was disabled and his cockpit was compromised causing the pilot to be exposed to the vacum of space. He lost sight in his left eye and the use of his left eye as well as temporarily paralysing his entire left side. The event and subsequent cybernetic replacements only reinforced Wolferre's hatred for the Rebels.

Before the downfall at Endor, Wolferre had reach the position of Line Captain and was placed in charge of an Venator-class Star Destroyer, The Ballast, heading up an Imperial Attack Line in the Tunka System.

Post-Imperial Warlord

After the fall out of Endor and the splintering of the Imperials, Wolferre retreated further into his assigned sector seemingly disinterested in his superiors demand that all available Naval forces rally around Imperial strategical strongholds. He was instead interested in the inhabitants of his sector, systems and domain. He found particular interest in the Absit system and the native Yatir. The simpleness and stoic nature of these farm holders and the untapped resources of their land presented the ever-power hungry Captain with the perfect base of operations.

Declaring himself warlord of his renamed fleet, 1st Fleet Wolferre, he hopes to gain a foothold on this overlooked system. As the New Republic mops up the Remnant and faces ominous threats of blue-skinned Admirals, Wolfere is content to operate under the radar and bide his time building upon the forces of his loyal hangers-on. The warlord's court will be established and his first decree will be war...

Personality

Ryann Wolferre has cemented the loyalty of his command staff and troops through his pragmatic leadership. Under pressure, Wolferre has demonstrated a killer instinct and reacts to situation with the correct procedure with just the touch of over-eager ruthlessness, as if his enemies would not succumb to his will soon enough. He is no military genius but he practises the philosophy that two guns are better than one and his keen to build up his resources and forces in order that he is always above the neighbouring forces in his domain.
