Rare is the need for small capital craft officers to require a large retinue to go off-ship.
Characteristics[edit]
This TIE was created as a light personal transport shuttle. Its arsenal is based on two forward-facing missile launchers housing 8 missiles per launcher. Four standard TIE L-s1 laser cannons complete the weapons complement.
Protection is granted by a shield generator rivaling that of most small starfighters, the armor is rather humble.
Meant for short range, the cockpit is astoundingly roomy, allowing the pilot to feel comfortable on longer patrols and can hold a 7 day supply and an astromech droid. Many models have an aft cabin with a holoprojector for meetings on the go.
