Can I request this article to be deleted?

I'm merely asking because:

1. The guy stole my name. For reference look at my character article at the Dark Jedi Brotherhood Wiki or my Dossier at the main DJB page.
2. He has not updated the page (which looks like a blank template) since November 2009. Which makes one assume he never graduated your Naval Academy.
