Terragon Real Estate Development Company, commonly just called Terragon, is a real estate development and investment company that operates out of Coruscant, Lianna, and Taris. Terragon was started twenty years ago by Lord Hans Heathrow, a member of the Lianna House of Lords, during a period of civil unrest on Coruscant. Heathrow started plunging his family funds into the company, eventually producing up to three skycrapers every two years, almost all of them residential and office space.

Heathrow Center, a building built by Terragon in the port city of Preston's Hollow, Lianna. The building is almost entirely leased out by Heathrow and Bacredi.

Terragon has invested heavily into the cities of Preston's Hollow and Sky City, in which the companies of BacCo and the Bacredi Family Trust have bought out 34% of all the office space, and 12% of the residential space. Hans Heathrow even designed his personal condo with the company, as seen on the left. Zhar Bacredi bought out five floors of the residential space, while Heathrow also purchased five. The buildings commonly date back to pre-modern era buildings, adding stairwells and using personal servants for some of the residential buildings, instead of droids (which would be much cheaper).
