Warrant Officer 2nd Class

Overview

Warrant Officer 2nd Class is generally the lowest rank at which members will start to be considered for higher leadership positions (Squadron Commanding Officer in the Starfighter Corps, or Commanding Officer of a Crew Section in Fleet Command). It is also the lowest of the Non-Commissioned Officer ranks.

The ID Line tag for this rank is: WO2

Position

Any member holding the rank of Warrant Officer 2nd Class ranks directly above a Master Chief Petty Officer and directly below a Warrant Officer 1st Class.
