Acclimation to Capital Ship Service[edit]

So, you have been selected to become a member of the crew of one of our Capital Ships, Congratulations! This program is not intended to be grueling, although it sometimes is, but it is designed the way it is in order to make sure that when you step onto the bridge of your first assignment out of this program, you won't blow up the entire ship on your first watch.
Assignment 1[edit]
Head over to the ComNet, and find the stickied StoryNet story: NTS "McElroy": Training Cruise. Once you have found this story, post an introductory post describing your transfer from the Academy platform over to the ship, once you have posted you will be contacted by one of the CSS Trainers, and given an assignment aboard the ship. You are expected to create and post two story posts (500+ words each) following your work while you are assigned there, and working with the NPC characters who make up the rest of your department. Concentrate on doing those interactions with the NPCs well, because you are going to be spending a lot of time working with NPCs once you get aboard a ship.
