Appearance & Personality[edit]
Revan stands out amongst the majority of his Stormtrooper brethren in that he proudly displays his red hair without hesitation, wearing it almost as a badge of pride. Of normal height and build for an everyday trooper, his hair is the only thing on the surface that keeps him distinct from the rank and file. While at times he his quiet, only speaking when spoken to or if something bears being said, at others he can be as loud as he can, a trait which causes tension with the members of his Special Operations squad-mates. His inner monologue is just as boisterous, often shadowing feelings and emotions about himself and other troopers he would never let into light or say openly.
At times, the mental indecisiveness causes him to fight with himself, often making him look, say, or do, things others would deem "crazy" or "stupid".

Early History[edit]
Son to a courier on his home planet of Telos, Revan was a constant admirer of his father, an avid history buff, and the tales he would tell of the past wars and great battles that shaped their system. The Mandolorian Wars, and its escalation into the Jedi Civil War, was one of particular interest to Revan.
In those times, a Jedi Knight of the same name defied the Jedi High Council, racing to war with the Mandolorian armies whom were laying waste to the galaxy. With the Republic Army and a small contingent of Jedi's behind him, he strategically laid waste to the invasion forces, even going so far as to defeat cheftain Mandalore in one-on-one battle, becoming one of few non-Mandolorian combatants to have earned the race's respect.
Beyond that, young Revan reveled in his planets history as a wartime trauma zone. In the beginning of the Jedi Civil War, an Admiral named Karath betrayed the Republic in favor of Darth Malak's Sith army, and bombarded the planet from space, obliterating it. While it took years for the planet to heal, thanks to the Republic's belief that a renewed Telos would help fuel post-war positivity, it became the first planet to have been decimated and restored in Galactic history, once again harboring life.
As a result, Revan held a soft place in his heart for not only the love of detonating objects in a tribute to the soldiers passed, but a warm respect for the memory of the Mandolorian race.

That was another of my favorite tales. Malachor V, Clan Ordo. Of everything I learned from my dad and his constant ramblings he brought home from work as an archivist, I always liked hearing about the Mandalorians. The tactics, and the battles, their code of honor. They were my superheroes. If they were still around, I'd have run off and joined them as soon as I was able. Maybe I would have been a runner, or ammo supplier...

Joining the Empire[edit]
Discontent with existing on the locale of his homeworld, Revan often pondered on how he could one day find better tales, if he couldn't make his own. He began working for his father as a courier.

But that wasn't the case. I took up working for my dad, as his courier, running datapads back and forth across the planet, and dreaming about doing more with myself. There was only one way out: Join the Imperial Corps, and make something for myself away from the humdrum I'd been accustomed to.
I started a conversation with a Stormtrooper one day, while he was on patrol near Thani. He encouraged me, I accepted. Then he prompted me about what it is I'd like to do to help the Empire, I thought for a second, and being the proud Telosian than I am, replied smugly, "I'd like to blow things up." I signed the dotted line.
