History[edit]
The complete VE Offensive Fleet and a fraction of the Defensive Fleet have jumped out of hyperspace expecting to ambush a large chunk of the NR’s Second Fleet. The enemy disappoints them with a sparse, orbital defense protecting a jungle world. After mopping up the slight annoyance, they believe it is over, but it has just begun. An NR flotilla equal, if not greater, to the VEN forces counter ambushes our brothers and sisters in arms. It is a show down of mythic proportions with only one side going home.

Though with many loses, the mission was a complete success. All enemy forces were wiped out or captured. All mission objectives were reached including the destruction of the Jedi Master thanks to DJO members within the VEN task force that lent a helping hand.
After Effects[edit]
Beyond the fact that the mission gave the NR a hard blow, there are really no other direct connections to the main plot line except for maybe some position changes. On a more menial note, Shazam seemed to gain a lot in the mission including a fairly large, personal ship and a field promotion.
