Appearance

Eylana is slightly tall for a human woman, and her constantly straight and proud posture adds to this image. She has deep red hair that she keeps cut short to military specifications. She loves her uniform and wears it like a second skin. On those few occasions when she is off duty, she dresses in the robes of a Disciple of Psusan, leaving her midriff exposed to show off the cult tattoo around her navel.

Personality

Saitroni can come across as cold and ruthless, but it is merely dedication to her duties. She applies this focus to both her Naval career and her faith in Psusan.

History

Eylana Saitroni was born the youngest child to the Viscount Saitroni of Coruscant and his Kuati wife. Eyalana grew up bouncing between the two worlds, though was educated primarily on Coruscant. However, it was while visiting Kuat that her life changed when she met the Zealots of Psusan.

The cult’s nihilistic vision of the galaxy seemed to fit Eylana’s world view. As the galaxy erupted in war she began to believe that the end was nigh, and accepted Psusan the Destroyer as her own salvation.

Growing up, the Saitronis were close friends of the Denaron family of Esseles, and Eylana learned the vibro-rapier with the Denaron siblings. Partly through them, Eylana grew fascinated with ship design and warfare, and craved a military career. Alas, Imperial bias prevented her from joining.

After her mother died, Viscount Saitroni and his children fled the oncoming New Republic and sought refuge in the Vast Empire. There, free of the anti-female prejudices of the Empire, Eylana eagerly enlisted in the Navy. She thrived, racking up 17 kills as a TIE pilot, then transferred to command where she continued to shine.
