Naval High Command

Overview

The Naval High Command is the highest echelon of naval command, consisting of five core members: the Naval Commander in Chief, the Chief of Naval Operations, the Chief of Naval Warfare, the Chief of Naval Intelligence, and the Chief of Naval Training. The command center of the NHC is on Abrae, with the rest of the navy.

Positions in the NHC

• Naval Commander in Chief: This officer, holding at least the rank of Rear Admiral, is in command of the entire Vast Empire Navy. The NCC's day to day duties include overseeing the other members of the NHC and directing the overall path of the Navy, as well as communicating and liaising with Supreme Moff Kadann and the rest of the High Council.
  
  

• Chief of Naval Operations: This is the Executive Officer of the Navy. The CNO assists the NCC in their various tasks, directly oversees all aspects of weekly reporting, and gives guidance to the other members of the NHC in the carrying out of their duties. This position is currently empty.
  
  

• Chief of Naval Warfare: This officer is the main Fleet Commander of the Vast Empire Navy. The CNW's duties include commanding almost all large scale engagements and also day-to-day leadership and organization of the combat fleet. Once a member finishes training, the CNW is likely the NHC member they will interact with most often.
  
  

• Chief of Naval Intelligence: The Navy's chief spook. This officer commands the Vast Empire Naval Intelligence section and works in the background to help ensure the success of missions IC and to add an exciting element and depth OOC. Currently, the identity of this member is not known.
  
  

• Chief of Naval Training: This officer commands the Naval Academy and is entrusted with designing, maintaining, and implementing the training systems for both Starfighter Command and Fleet Command. New members remain under the CNT's purview until they pass their trial period and become full members of the fleet, at which time they fully enter the CNW's command chain.
