Bio

Appearance

Trooper TB-3807 is a bear of a man, appearing like a savage conqueror of days gone by. He towers over many of his peers with his imposing height of six feet and three inches, and his muscular build only adds to his intimidating stature. His hair is definitely longer than regulation length, and he sports a shaggy beard. The only defiance of standing orders he has ever committed, he hides his one disobedience by wearing his Stormtrooper-Issue helmet at all times.

He keeps himself covered by armour at all times, whether it is his standard issue SCOPE armour or his Imperial Army Pilot uniform, the only part of his physical appearance that shows through the grim anonymous visage of his uniform is his considerable bulk - the tribal tattoos on his right arm are certainly kept hidden.

Personality

Definitely a thinker, TB-3807 is a quiet and reserved person, preferring to keep his opinions to himself, and to speak only when he feels he needs to - often, this is only when he is spoken to. This makes many people dismiss him as a dumb brute, but this couldn't be farther from the truth. 3807 is a thoughtful and inquisitive person, and is always paying attention to his surroundings. His naturally curious nature makes him a natural when it comes to scouting and observation.

He is also surprisingly humble - quick to downplay his accomplishments and hand the credit over to someone else. He doesn't like being the center of attention, and has a certain distaste for command. He has been trained to obey orders, not to give them. He has been psychologically conditioned for obedience, and will obey any order from a higher-ranking trooper without question, regardless of the danger that it puts him in. He tends to avoid giving anyone his opinion. He doesn't consider himself qualified to have one.

A curious fact about 3807 is his casual disregard for sentient life. He has been conditioned to see the Empire as all that matters, and individual lives as meaningless. He would happily sacrifice his life, along with the lives of everyone around him, if said sacrifice would result in an Imperial victory. He is fully aware that the Empire considers himself expendable, and he doesn't mind in the slightest. He would die for his Empire.

History

Imperial Records indicate that TB-3807 was born on the small planet of Drunost, and that he was raised on a farm. He divided his time between maintaining the farming equipment and hunting the native wildlife with an old sporting blaster. Apparently, he was quite skilled at both, as the farm prospered quite well. He lived a relatively simple life as a farmboy, and was largely unaffected by the Galactic Civil War as a whole.

The one time that he ever really saw Stormtroopers was when a squad of five Imperial Stormtroopers fought off a pirate band that was attacking some fellow farmers just off the edge of his property. He was inspired by the shining white armour, deadly weapons and the machine-like precision with which they defended the people. That was the moment when he realized he wanted to be like them.

The second Death Star was destroyed before he was old enough to enlist, however, and the young man found his dreams dashed...until, at the age of 17, Thrawn's Imperial Remnant re-captured the small world. His opportunity had finally come, and 3807 enlisted in the Imperial Army. He served in the Imperial Remnant well. His talents at mechanics, sharpshooting and fieldcraft were especially useful in skirmishes against the New Republic.

Eventually, three years into his service, he recieved an offer to join the elite Stormtrooper Corps. Shocked and honoured, he accepted immediately. He was given an operating number, TB-3807, and put through training harsh enough to compare with the training that Palpatine's regime used on their troopers. He was taught that he was a cog in the Imperial War Machine, and that his life didn't matter. Only victory counted.

Service History

He responded well to the psychological conditioning, and was transformed into the ideal trooper. Humble, obedient and completely ruthless. However, his first mission as a Stormtrooper was the ill-fated Battle of Belgaroth, where an unsuccessful boarding attempt on the Vast Empire's space station left him stranded and surrounded.

When ordered by someone wearing an Imperial Officer's uniform to surrender his weapon, 3807 simply complied. Why he chose to surrender is an abject mystery. Perhaps he saw a legitimate order and followed it, or perhaps he simply realized it was his only option that didn't end in a useless death.

After a lengthy interrogation period, 3807 was re-assigned to active duty. As a member of the Vast Empire's Stormtrooper Corps.
