History[edit]
Nazgul Squadron is outfitted in TIE Interceptors and is sent to the planet Dastoria in order to rendezvous with five Dastorian transport shuttles. The planet is currently in a state of civil war and fearing that the Vast Empire may involve themselves in the war, only Nazgul had been granted orbit and landing access to the planet. Due to these restrictions, Nazgul Squadron is to escort the shuttles to a predetermined meeting point just beyond a nearby asteroid belt. Once there the shuttles meet up with three corvettes and unload their unknown cargo and injured crew members.
Mission Objectives[edit]
Safely escort the five transport shuttles to the rendezvous point.
Ensure that the corvettes receive the transports' cargo.

Outcome[edit]
The mission was a success. Despite an ambush by two Corellian gunships and an elite Y-Wing squadron of pirates called Tachurus Squadron, thanks to superb piloting by Nazgul Squadron and the fortunately timed arrival of the corvettes Darkness, Night Sky and Iceburg all five transports managed to survive and successfully deliver their cargo.
Acknowledging defeat a majority of Tachurus Squadron jumped to hyperspace, but not before 9 were destroyed.
Hunter, Raigen each recorded one and a half kills.
Chak Fel, Azure Lead and Azure 12 each had a solo kill.
Jaden, Trevor Evenson, Darius and Zhars also picked up a half kill apiece.
An additional Y-Wing was disabled by a misfired ion cannon before being captured by one of the corvettes for questioning.
The battle was not won without losses, Nazgul Squadron flight members Carly and Zhars were killed in action. Several members of Azure and Crimson squadrons were also killed in the battle.
After Effects[edit]
The captured Y-Wing pilot was questioned, though any information recovered remains confidential.
While the cargo the transports were carrying remains secret, Nazgul Squadron will know soon enough and may get the chance to test whatever it is.
Jaden was reassigned to the Naval Academy in order to use his skills to help train new recruits. As a result, Trevor Evenson was promoted to the position of Squadron Commander. It was discovered former Nazgul pilot Jen Knight had recovered and was soon to be released from hospital. She would be named the new Executive Officer of Nazgul Squadron soon after she was cleared to resume flying.
