Appearance[edit]
Tough-looking Ysanne, with her short hair cut like a man's and her kickboxer's physique, looks more akin to one of the Stormtrooper Corps than a ship's helmsman. She loves her badgirl image, and her brown eyes sparkle with passion when she talks, a sign of her quick temper. Her favourite feature is the tattoo on her arm, a flaming blade from her homeworld. She has many friends among the native Bakur, and she bears their mark proudly.
Personality[edit]
Quick to anger and fire back a retort, Ysanne can seem unapproachable. Simple truth is that she has no time for fools, and she warms instantly to anyone who talks straight and treats her with respect.
History[edit]
Ysanne grew up on Bakura, and was consumed by a love/hate relationship with the place. She dearly loved her large family, consisting not only of several brothers and sisters, but dozens of cousins too. She was also well-blessed with friends, particularly among the native Bakur whose culture she grew to admire deeply. However, Ysanne was also bored and unchallenged by the pace of life on Bakura.
Eventually her desire to see the galaxy won out, and she travelled to the Core worlds to look for adventure. To earn her passage she signed on with a cargo vessel, originally to assist more mundane duties on board, but over time discovering a natural aptitude for flying starships. One day she decided to put these new skills into a greater use, and joined the Vast Empire Navy.
