Bio

Appearance & Personality

Looks: Darian Rogue has oval shaped eyelids inside of which are dark black eyes. He has straight black hair, tan skin, and a hooked nose. Normal sized all his life, he is now 5 feet 10 inches tall. He weighs an average 172 pounds, with those pounds being evenly distributed among fat and muscle.

Clothes: In his free time, Darian wears the following: A yellow shirt of wool, navy blue pants of denim, and brown shoes of leather.

Personality: To say Darian Rogue is, was, or will be a bully is a complete and total lie. He is a friendly man that can be trusted and counted on. However, just because he is nice doesn't mean he is not strict, and he plans to be just that when and if he becomes a higher ranking officer in the Navy. And of course, he will fight the enemy, as he is only nice around those he likes. Around others he is very calm and collected, and loves to engage in social activity when possible. However, he has no sense of humor when it comes to unnecessary jokes that make no sense. Lastly, he is selfless, and will sacrifice his life to save another, which will sometimes lead to too much bravery.

History

The following are the events that led to Darian joining the Navy:

Darian Rogue was always looking for a way to get into the Empire, to be able to work in it. The Empire, even though the Emperor was dead, was still the largest faction out there. He found out that many soldiers were needed in both the army and the navy, so immediately headed for Abrae. There they informed him that he had no choice of the army or the navy at that moment, and to come back later if he wanted to pick. He stayed, and they put him into the Navy. He was then given the items in the items section. He got through basic training and was assigned as Nazgul 2-4.

Darian left for personal reasons but then came back as Nazgul 1-4. Then he left again for more personal reasons but then came back as Rhegent's Reign Gamma-2. He was also part of Tuk'ata at one point and he is now going through a refresher course at the Naval Academy before being reassigned once more.

Among his reasons for joining the Empire are the fact that a strong and powerful entity attracted him, as well as that, since the Emperor's death, they had become increasingly more tolerant towards non-humans and to women, a facet Darian found, despite neither of those words describing him, admirable. As to his reasons for randomly taking leaves and putting himself into the reserves, that has to do with family problems back on his home planet of Bakura. Since Bakura is pretty far away, his trips can be time consuming, and he tries to stay for as long as necessary if he suspects more problems will arise. Now, hopefully, most problems are solved.

There was a large conflict between his clan and the Mantissa Clan after men from each died around the same time, with their wills each leading the families on a puzzle. This puzzle would tear this two great allies apart. That's a story for later.

Battle of Abrae

Darian's actions during the battle to defend Abrae from the Imperial Dominion led to his promotion to Petty Officer 2nd Class.

He achieved Ground Attack soon after.

He was promoted to Petty Officer 1st Class for his participation in the ambush by Vrail.

Counterattack

Darian participated in the Counterpunch: Pestilence campaign, scouting the hyperspace route the Imperial Dominion had taken to Vast Empire space in their attempted invasion, a route previously unknown to the VE.

He was then transferred to the newly-formed Chlovi Squadron.
