Bio

Appearance

Fit and lithe, Kol Yandeer always stands straight and proud. His uniform is kept immaculate, and his black hair is kept neatly trimmed to regulation length. Likewise, his face is always clean shaven, his teeth clean, and it is obvious that he takes care of his appearance.

Personality

Yandeer is a military man right to the bone. He loves honour and duty, and is dedicated to his ship and his fellow crewmen. Honest and precise with his speech, he can sometimes come across as overbearing, but anyone looking beyond that will find a dependable man who values friendship and integrity.

History

Kol grew up on Lotaith, a world he loves with all his heart. While some complained that their home was a backwater on the edge of the Unknown Regions, Yandeer did not care. He spent his youth doing public service and volunteer work, determined to help his world prosper.

When the Vast Empire broke away from Palpatine's Empire, Yandeer was delighted that his homeworld was the new capital, finally getting his planet the recognition it deserved. His loyalty to his home transferred easily to loyalty to the VE, and he signed up for military service as soon as he was able.

Alas, Yandeer did not do as well at the Academy as he hoped he would. Other graduates finished ahead of him and got the best assignments. Kol was not put off by this at all, however, and dedicated himself to serving as best he was able. A string of assignments followed, and while not showing any brilliance in his work, Yandeer gained a reputation for hard work and dedication that saw him gradually rise in rank and respect.
