Tort Relvin is often described by 'friends' as meek and an outright coward and although he can handle a blaster pistol with fair accuracy he rarely makes a hit with a rifle like the E-11. Well not on his target at least.
Often claiming he is an expert lier and could lie out of any situation (To which the same 'friends' would remark that in fact that is his only decent lie) Tort is something of a braggart speaking of skills he does not have and most likely never will.
Sometimes however under extreme circumstances Tort can snap and go briefly... Mad. This is due to a small portion of his tchun (Left brain-tail) being cut off after being viscously attacked after claiming he worked for the Empire while trying to get some extra credits. (I feel I must also note that this mission went rather badly and his employer, a Hutt known as Gorna, had no intention of paying even if he where the Emperor himself!)
Bio
When growing up Tortura'lvin was not the smartest or for that matter the most stupid Twi'lek his age but his teachers often thought he was trying his hardest to fit into that latter category.
Growing up was tough as due to his lack of physical strength Tortura'lvin as his Twi'leki name goes was often preyed on by those who where stronger and often smarter than he.
After leaving Ryloth at the age of 22 Tort Relvin began what could be known as the worst smuggling career in the history of the empire this part of his life is rarely talked about, by him at least.
After a paticularly unsuccssesfull mission involving giving the wrong shipment, to the wrong Hutt Tort Relvin decided to lay low for a while eventually joining the Empire in hope of protection.
