The Adjudicator is an Imperial-II-class Star Destroyer in service with the Vast Empire's Navy. The vessel is captained by Wyl "Trick" Trykon, the current Chief of Naval Warfare, and is therefore the flagship of the primarily-offensive Second Vast Imperial Fleet. Adjudicator is the lead ship of Second Fleet's Task Force Aurek, and is the home of the 101st Vast Imperial Starfighter Wing, called Blade Wing.

Service History

Commissioned after the Battle of Endor, this Imperial II-class Star Destroyer was named after another Star Destroyer that was lost to the rebels on that tragic day. Initially stationed in the Inner Rim territories in the Southwest quadrant of the galaxy, she contributed to the suppression of pirates, rebels, and other undesirables in the area, until her command staff decided to defect to the Vast Empire in 9 ABY.

For years, Adjudicator served as one of the most powerful ships in the First Vast Imperial Fleet, dedicated to the defense of worlds such as Tadath and Cepany. When Wyl Trykon was promoted to Chief of Naval Warfare, he was very impressed by the ship's service record, and chose the Adjudicator to be his flagship.

In the aftermath of the Battle of Abrae, when the reorganized Second Fleet invaded the Imperial Dominion in hopes of destroying the rival faction once and for all, Adjudicator led the vengeful armada to victory.

Starfighter Complement

The Adjudicator is host to six full squadrons of starfighers (72 craft), with its standard compliment being one squadron of TIE Avengers, two squadrons of TIE Bombers, and three squadrons of TIE Interceptors. Sometimes, auxiliary craft such as TIE Recon starfighters are also kept aboard the ship, depending on mission objectives. All starfighters aboard the Adjudicator are part of the 101st Vast Imperial Starfighter Wing, Blade Wing.
