"The List" below entails anything and everything anyone would ever do involved with the VENA: It fits absolutely everything. There is quite literally nothing not included here- materials to be read, assignments and the course and curriculum itself is fully explained.

I. First Joining - Basic Training (BT)
    A. Imperial Initiation (II)
      1. Introduction (The Pilot introduces themselves in the
ComNet and asks to be trained)
      2. A VENA-Staff Member replies to the message and moves the new pilot into Flight School.
    B. Flight School (FS) - (This sections duty is to introduce
the new member to elements of the VE they may be unfamiliar
with, or more specifically - Naval Information.)
      1. Chapter 1 - "Character Creation" (Perhaps the most
important section of all three, this sets the base of the
recruit's character and the person they'll be writing about their
      entire career.)
        a. Character Development - reading material
        b. Create Character Biography and Avatar -
        Assignment
      2. Chapter 2 - "Pilot Procedure" (This section entails the
basics of Fighter Combat- Equipment and Tactic. This is just
to get a base of knowledge that we can work from so the
pilot isn't totally in the dark for their first post.)
        a. Equipment Training
          i. Imperial Pilot's Person - reading material
ii. TIE Interceptor - reading material
iii. The Cockpit - reading material
        b. Tactical Training
          i. Opening Page of "Tactical Training" - reading
          material
ii. Defensive and Offensive - reading
          material
        c. Write about two tactics in the pilot's own words -
        Assignment
      3. Chapter 3 - "The Squadron" (Here the pilot learns
about how to create a report and function in an active squadron setting; this is essential
for success in our squadrons. Furthermore, pilots are given the option of developing
certain 'proficiencies' to become more specific in their writing.)
        a. The Squadron - reading material
        b. Pilot Proficiency Ratings
        c. Create a Sample report, of the Pilots Time in Flight School - Assignment
      4. Aviator's Exam (AE) - Receive the Aviator’s Certificate
(=A=) and a promotion to Leading Crewman (LCRW) is
given. If the pilot passed with distinction, they can receive
the rank of Senior Crewman (SCRW).
      5. The Ceremony - Every Sunday, at meeting time (usually
about 3:00 Central Time), the pilots are brought up during
the VENA portion of the Navy report and the pilots are
rewarded for their excellent work in their training and given a
position in a squadron. (This further strengthens pilots'
resolve to do better and helps them to realize they're a big
      deal.)
      6. Upon gratuating Flight School, the pilot will be placed in a squadron.
II. Significant Positions - Intermediate Courses (This is
usually seen as the first step to real advancement. After the pilot
has proven that he or she can be pretty active and responsible,
they're put to the test by coordinating a group of their own.
These tests are to exam if they know how to do so.)
    A. Razor Training Course - Optional Additional Training Course that a Pilot may take.
(Must be Senior Crewman or Above)
    B. Senior Aviator's Exam (Petty Officer 2nd Class to Chief
    Petty Officer)
      1. Flight Lead Training (FLT) reading material
      2. Senior Aviator's Exam (SAE) - receive the Senior Aviator's
Certificate (=SA=): Qualified to be a Flight Lead
    C. Character's can become better defined by adding additional skills or studies that could not
be introduced before the SA. These can be found at Pilot Skills and Studies
    D. Road to the Master Aviator's Exam (Must have taken and
passed both AE and SAE) (This is where it gets heavy. It
looks like a lot of material, but considering they're all about a
page or two long and you have roughly six months to read it
all- not nearly as bad as they think. Its important that they
realize that they have this long to complete them and they're
being pushed to continue their training and understanding.
Once this stuff is out of the way they've basically been through
our manuals and know all they need to know for a long
    time.
      1. Technical Exam (TE)
        a. Equipment Exam (ee)
          i. Imperial Pilot's Person - reading material

iii. Imperial Fighters 2 - reading material
iv. TIE Class Fighters - reading material
          v. The Cockpit - reading material
vi. New Republic Fighters - reading material
vii. Pirate Fighters - reading material
viii. Base of Operations - reading material
        b. Tactical Test (tt)
          i. Tactical Training - reading material
ii. One vs One - reading material
iii. One vs Many - reading material
iv. The Element - reading material
          v. Flight vs - reading material
vi. Ship Engagement - reading material
vii. Defensive and Offensive - reading material
      2. Leadership Exams (LE) (These delve into what the
pilot has to offer in terms of leadership- what does it matter
how much they know if they can't lead a group? They need
to realize they're responsible for their group now and that
they need to treat everyone with respect.)
        a. Internship
        b. Problem Solving Exam (pse)
          i. Executive Officer Training (EOT) - reading
          material
      3. The Master Aviator's Exam (MAE)(Must have attained the rank
of Warrant Officer 2nd Class -
Receive the Master Aviator's Certificate (=MA=):
Qualified to be an Executive Officer or leave you're group
      and pursue other careers
III. Careers and Internships (This is where the pilots become
more than just pilots. Below are the three roads of travel that are
