This ribbon is earned by anyone who contributed to a story that was the biggest Navy story of its time (measured by posts). The first story to earn this distinction was VEN: Counterpunch: Death, at 174 posts (beating out the previous number one, Nazgul Squadron: Last Man Standing, which had 156 posts).
