Overview

Headquartered at the shipyards orbiting the Inner Rim world of Belgaroth, the Second Fleet is the main offensive force of the Vast Empire's Navy, traditionally commanded by the Chief of Naval Warfare. The current CNW - Wyl "Trick" Trykon - commands 2Flt from his flagship, the ISD-II Adjudicator, an Imperial-II-class Star Destroyer.

Second Fleet is comprised of two taskforces. Each taskforce may operate independently of the other, and often the taskforces themselves are split up into smaller units in order to cover multiple duties at once.

• Taskforce Aurek is the primary taskforce for player characters (PCs). Its flagship is the Adjudicator, and all the other PC-captained ships are a part of it. It also contains some NPC ships to round out its combat capabilities.

• Taskforce Besh is the fleet’s secondary taskforce, and contains only NPC-captained ships. Its flagship is the Paragon, the fleet’s other Imperial II-class Star Destroyer.
